# Installation Error with Shopware version 6.4.20.0

Currently, we are encountering a composer error while setting up Shopware version 6.4.20.0. Could you please assist me with this?

- shopware/conflicts 0.1.22 conflicts with shopware/core <6.5.
- shopware/conflicts 0.2.0 requires shopware/core >=6.6.4.0 -> found shopware/core[v6.6.4.0, v6.6.4.1, v6.6.5.0, v6.6.5.1, v6.6.6.0, v6.6.6.1, v6.6.7.0] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (6.4.20.0).

Please ask you hosting provider if the used hosting package fulfill the shopware requirements:

Why did you use this old version? This version is outdated: [Shopware Release Policy | Shopware Documentation](https://developer.shopware.com/release-notes/) . So please use at least the version 6.5.8.0.
