# Installation Error (SQLSTATE\[23000\]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '1-7' for)

Hello there,

&nbsp;

"&nbsp; &nbsp;SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry ‘1-7’ for key ‘PRIMARY’&nbsp; &nbsp;"

I am having trouble to make an installation at last step.

Please help me.

Please empty the database completely and try again. This error indicates that an entry already exists as a primary key. Primary keys are unique.
