Hallo zusammen, ich will bei Strato Shopware 6 installieren. Das Installationsscript lässt sich aufrufen bricht dann aber mit einem Timeout ab. Der „hilfreiche“ Stratoservice verweist auf die Logdatei. Darin findet sich folgendens: 26.09.2023 10:27:31 [info] Matched route „configure“. 26.09.2023 10:28:32 [critical] Uncaught PHP Exception Symfony\Component\Process\Exception\ProcessTimedOutException: „The process „‚/bin/php81‘ ‚-v‘“ exceeded the timeout of 60 seconds.“ at phar:///htdocs/shop-sw6/shopware-installer.phar.php/vendor/symfony/process/Process.php line 1158 Hat jemand eine Idee an was es liegen kann? Hi, das PHP Timeout Limit (max\_execution\_time) wurde erreicht (60 Sekunden ist für Shopware viel zu wenig): „The process „‚/bin/php81‘ ‚-v‘“ exceeded the timeout of 60 seconds. Viele Grüße ---

Die max\_execution\_time kann für den Webserver-Dienst und die Konsole unterschiedlich sein. Du benötigst ferner ab Shopware 6.5 ‚composer‘ - wird bei Strato soweit mir bekannt nicht unterstützt - es sei denn, Du hast dort einen root Server und kannst es nachinstallieren. Strato und Shopware ist keine gute Kombination … ---

Gehe zu einem „Shopware-optimierten“ Hoster, z.B. - Mittwald - ProfiHost - Timme Und falls dir Dinge wie git oder composer nichts sagen - hole dir professionelle Unterstützung. ---
