# Installation 5.0.0 scheitert :(

Hallo,

ich bin ein Frischling bei Shopware. Habe mir die Zip runtergeladen und auf den Webspace (Rootserver) kopiert und dort entpackt. Das Installationsscript zeigt mir erstmal keinen Fehler.

Gebe die Datenbankinfos an und lasse das Teil installieren. Nach ein paar Minuten erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

Willkommen,

wahrscheinlich fehlende Verzeichnis-Rechte, fehlende Systemvorraussetzungen (ioncube\_loader), oder falsche Serverkonfiguration, nicht richtig/ nicht ganz entpacktes zip. , etc. eigentlich bräuchte man eine Glaskugel, oder einen Shopware-Spezialisten. ![broken heart](http://forum.shopware.com/plugins/CKEditor/plugins/smiley/images/wink.png "broken heart")

das sollte auch nicht „ein paar Minuten“ dauern sondern höchsten so 10-15 Sekunden.
