Guten Morgen liebe Community, ich bin ein shopware neuling und versuche gerade den shop auf meinem (Strato) FTP zu installieren. Auf dem Server läuft PHP 7.x - Ich habe das ZIP File heruntergerladen und lokal entpackt. - Ich habe den Ordner in meinen Zielordner /webshop hochgeladen - ich gehe auf [www.meineurl.de](http://www.meineurl.de) und lande direkt in der Install GUI von Shopware. Soweit so gut - Fehler 1. Systemvorausetzung wurden nicht erfüllt „Web/Cache“ fehlt. Den Ordner finde ich aber auch nicht in der ZIP Workaround? Ich habe den Ordner nun im Verzeichnis /Webshop/Web/Cache angelegt. Systemanforderungen sind nun laut System erfüllt. Klicke ich nun auf weiter, erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung auf einer weißen Seite:   Type=cdir;Modify=20181026062119;Perm=cmpdfe;UNIX.mode=0755;UNIX.owner=1242824;UNIX.group=1101; . Type=pdir;Modify=20181026062119;Perm=cmpdfe;UNIX.mode=0755;UNIX.owner=1242824;UNIX.group=1101; … Warning: session\_start(): Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /mnt/web120/e1/03/51876703/htdocs/v8shop/recovery/install/src/app.php:3) in /mnt/web120/e1/03/51876703/htdocs/v8shop/recovery/install/src/app.php on line 60   Kann mir jemand erklären was ich hier falsch mache? Bzw. wo der Fehler liegt?   Grüße Sascha   ---

Mmmm bei mir ist der Ordner in der ZIP? Web/cache?? Hast Du das richtige Installationspaket genommen? Nicht das Update? ---

komisch… ich sehe das lokal auf meinem client auch… irgendwas ist beim upload schief gegangen… ---

Danke an alle, habe den Fehler gefunden.   Meine Domain hat ein SSL und die subdomain [install.domain.de](http://install.domain.de) hatte kein SSL… Aber mal eine andere Frage, wo istalliert die index.php den shop also die One File installation? Habe jetzt nur die Index.php auf dem Server?! ---

Lies mal bitte was Timme Hosting dir gesagt hat und lass die Finger vom One File Installer! Nimm ein frisches [Installationspaket](http://releases.s3.shopware.com.s3.amazonaws.com/install_5.5.2_92d78ee09d388d29f49cec3c82167ce803ee51b8.zip) (latest stabel Version), und schmeiss das ZIP in den Ordner, wo Du den Shop haben möchtest. Dann entpacke das Ganze via SSH ( **_unzip ArchiveName.zip_** ) und installiere dann den Shop! Solltest Du kein SSH Zugang haben, dann gibt es auch PHP Scripte, die Dir das ZIP File auf dem Server entpacken.
