# Insert properties with API

Hi,

I’m trying to create a bridge between our custom ERP and Shopware. So I was wondering if it’s possible to add property groups and their options via the Rest API? Here is an example:

**Color**

- Yellow
- Red
- Green
- Black
- …

**Gender**

- Male
- Female
- Kids

**Type**

- Short
- Shirt
- Tight
- …
