Hallo, ich habe gerade versucht meinen shop mit dem update-script upzudaten und bekomme die folgende fehlermeldung. Error Received an error message. URL: importSnippets?offset=1000&total=11084 Message: Please try to fix this error and restart the update. die Zahlen ändern sich bei Wiederholung. Was kann ich tun? Der Shop ist offline ☹ Danke Gruß Thomas

Hi, schwer zu sagen, steht etwas im error.log deines Servers oder logs/-Verzeichnis von Shopware? Dauert es bei dem fehlschlagenden Snippet auffallend lange oder läuft er direkt in den Fehler? Daniel

es läuft immer direkt in diesen Fehler … mal bis 1000 mal bis 1500

Hallo, dann sollten mal Basics wie max\_execution\_time, menory\_limit und Scriptlaufzeiten erhöht werden, bzw. Time Outs Das Script ist eigentlich optimiert, scheint dennoch bei dir in Limits zu laufen Sebastian
