# Import files from SW5 to SW6

Hello All,

I am kinda new to SW6. Need to find my way into it.  
My question is that i received a file from my supplier in .csv, that came from SW5.  
I would like to import it into SW6.  
Is this possible because I get this error.

VIOLATION::IS\_BLANK\_ERROR: this value should not be empty.

Also this file has category ID numbers, will this automaticly copy it from my SW5 file, or must I create new categories?
