# Import/Export Plugin von Shopware meldet Fehler

Hallo, beim installieren vom Import/Export Plugin von Shopware bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung: Plugin manager Beim download des Plugins ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: Given file is no zip archive Bitte prüfen Sie zuerst Ihre Dateirechte auf den Ordnern /files/downloads und engine/Shopware/Plugins/Community Leider finde ich keine Download-Datei um es möglicherweise manuel zu installieren. Die Ordner habe ich mittlerweile alle auf 777 gesetzt. Was könnte es noch sein? Es ist eine Shopware 4.2.3 Installation.
