# I can't see my plugins on the Admin Page

Hello, I was learning how to create my own plugin i’ve binded a link to a twig template, after that i noticed that i can’t see the plugins on my admin side. I’m thinking it’s about compiling theme but i’m not sure,  
Here’s the code that i believe makes the problem but i’m not sure i’m a newbie 🙂 .

`bin/console theme:compile`
