# HTML Footer: Keine Anzeige in Outlook und GMX Webinterface

Hallo,

wir binden den HTML Footer über&nbsp;&nbsp;{include file=“string:{config name=_emailfooterhtml_}”} in die Email-Vorlagen ein, leider scheint es einige Mail Clients zu geben die diesen nicht anzeigen:

-\> GMX & Outlook 2016: Footer wird nicht angezeigt  
-\> GMX & Thunderbird: Footer wird angezeigt  
-\> GMX Webinterface: Footer wird nicht angezeigt  
-\> Gmail: Footer wird angezeigt

Kennt jemand dieses Problem und/oder hat eine Lösung dafür?

Outlook ist echt Scheiße, sorry an die vielen Nutzer aber das muss mal gesagt werden.

Beim Stylen der Vorlagen sind wir schon über einige Fallen gestolpert. Gearde im Bezug zum Outlook war es echt zum kotzen. Gewöhnlich benutze ich nicht solche Wörter hier im Forum, aber hier standen mir teilweise echt die Haare zu Berge.

Aber ohne deine Vorlagen zu kennen wird wohl keiner hier so recht helfen könenn. Woher sollen die User hier wissen wie dein „_emailfooterhtml_“ aussieht. Eventuell ein HTML-Tag vergessen?

<p>Es soll eine Tabelle angezeigt werden. Das "Mit freundlichen Grüßen, dein Team von XXX" wird noch angezeigt, danach ist leider Schluss. </p>
