# How to set up mailer in shopware 6

Hi.

I set up an SMPT server through the Rackspace Email provider. I think I have everything set up correctly, but it doesn’t work. Do I need to set anything else?

Does SMTP work when using a Tester like: [https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test](https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test) ?

Thank you. Through this test, I noticed that the password is not correct 🙄
