# How to include HTML on outgoing emails?

Hi guys
Under Content \> Forms \> ‚Example Form‘ \> Basic Information \> Email Template
I have included HTML in the email template when a user fills out the form but when the email received here by our staff the email arrives as plain text? Is there a way to make this email HTML?
I can do it fine in Email Templates but doesn’t work for forms?
