# How can I edit the TAX / VAT on payment surchages?

Hi,

How can I edit the TAX / VAT on payment surchages?

Standard it is set to 19% VAT, for Germany. But we have 21% VAT.

At --\> Basic Settings --\> Frontend --\> Discounts and Surchages

I can only edit the names from the values. But not the VAT rates…

All shop VAT rates are set to 21%…

&nbsp;

Any ideas??
