# Hilfe Shop nicht mehr erreichbar!

Hi,

seit heute ist der Shop nicht mehr erreichbar auch nicht das Backend.

Wenn ich das Backend aufrufen möchte, dann kommt diese Meldung:&nbsp;

**Fatal error** : Shopware\_Plugins\_Backend\_Auth\_Bootstrap::initLocale(): The script tried to execute a method or access a property of an incomplete object. Hast Du zwischenzeitlich eine Lösung dafür gefunden. Habe das geliche Problem, allerdings geht nur unser Backend nicht.

Huhu,

uhh sorry ja läuft wieder aber ich weiss leider gar nicht mehr, wie ich den Fehler behoben hatte.

Ich glaube das hing mit dem AmazonPay Plugin von bestit zusammen.

Hast du das installiert?
