# Hilfe ..Kontakt Mail kommt nicht an nun noch fehler

Hallo Shopware Team ich fummel schonwieder seit 2 Tagen an ein Problem und zwar kommen die mails aus dem Frontend unter Kontakt nicht bei meiner (angegebenen Adresse an) Es sind überall die Mails eingetragen sollte also funzen. Nun komm ich im Backend nicht mehr unter unter Shopeinstellungen/Stammdaten rein folgener Fehler wird mit meiner Mail gemeckert Ups! Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten! Die nachfolgenden Hinweise sollten Ihnen weiterhelfen. Hallo, da hast du fehlerhafte Daten in der Datenbank [post48395.html#p48395](http://forum.shopware.de/post48395.html#p48395) Du findest den jeweils in der Fehlermeldung genannten Eintrag in der Tabelle. Den Eintrag kannst du dort dann entfernen. Deine Daten, in diesem Beispiel die eMail-Adresse, musst du dann in den Stammdaten neu eintragen.
