# Hilfe für Plugins \[gelöst\]

Habe mir heute einige Plugins geladen und bekomme nun folgende Fehlermeldung: [color=purple]You’re trying to decode an invalid JSON String: Site error: the file /var/www/virtual/mb-modelcars.de/htdocs/engine/Shopware/Plugins/Community/Core/SwagLicense/Bootstrap.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube\_loader\_lin\_5.3.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the ionCube Loader Wizard to assist with installation.[/color] Zur Zeit werden nun überhaupt keine Plugins mehr im Manager angezeigt. Könnte mir jemand unkompliziert per Teamviever helfen? Liegt auf Rootserver mit Debian, habe Rootzugriff!
