# Help me with Shopware 5,

Hi All,
I work in a small company where Shopeware 5 is used for maintaing the e- commerce websites.
Me and the my team are going to work on this.
Now the team lead wants to take the shopware data and integrate it with other sources like logistic data(DHL and DPD) and warehouse data(Some logistic company in Hamburg) and some supplier data.
Can I connect the shopware with MySQL and create various reports?
Or is using tools like Zapier to connect various data sources and put it in excel?
Which would be better?
And the company generates only 1500 -2000 rows of data only.
Kindly suggest to me what to do.

Shopware and Zapier, i’ve never seen this, but it sounds interesting.
I do pure mysql and so i do not depend on thirdparty software (except MS Excel).
Getting Data from Shopware is „advanced“, but setting is hard.

You can use BI Dashboard Tools to extract und create awesome dashboard / cockpits over MS Power BI, Tableau, Talend, Qlickview etc.
my favorite is Tableau, also with personal version for first impression.
