# Having problems with Izettle

Hello everybody,

we have the problem that every day the first Izettle payment&nbsp;[GoToMeeting](https://inro.in/gotomeeting/)&nbsp;stops when the customer starts&nbsp;[IrfanView](https://inro.in/irfanview/) to enter his PIN.&nbsp;The next time it works,&nbsp;[Town of Salem](https://inro.in/town-of-salem/) it works right away.

Does anyone know the problem, or are we an isolated case?&nbsp;Strange is that it always occurs in the first transaction, then no more…
