# Hauptkategorie festlegen

Liebe Shopware Community,

ich suche nach einer Möglichkeit, eine Hauptkategorie und die SEO-Url im Hauptartikel festzulegen.

Ich habe pro Artikel bis zu 10000 Varianten und möchte daher diese Daten im Hauptartikel und nicht für jede Variante einzeln pflegen.

Ist das in SW6 überhaupt möglich?

ich würde eventuell darüber nachdenken ein SEO Plugin wie dieses zu nutzen

Nicht günstig korrekt, aber wenn man viel Wert auf SEO legt finde ich kann man hiermit recht einfach vieles erreichen.

Hallo, danke für den Tipp. Das werde ich wahrscheinlich machen. Es ist schade, das Shopware in der Standardversion keine praktikable Lösung anbietet.

Wie wurden die Artikel angelegt (API/Migration/DB/von Hand)? Wenn ich händisch einen Variantenartikel nehme, geht das:
