# Grundeinstellungen - Bestellabschluss lässt sich nicht öffnen

Hallo zusammen, habe folgende Problem:

ich kann in den grundeinstellungen den Bestellabschluss nicht mehr öffnen…er lädt und lädt und lädt

In den Systeminformationen wird alle grün angehakt.

Hast Du das Error-Log der Website sowie die Shopware-Logs geprüft?
