# GROSSES PROBLEM! Installation 5.2.1

Ich bin umgezogen auf einen Server
habe alles dort richtig eingerichtet - PHP Vers. 5.6
wenn ich zur Install Seite gehe funktioniert das auch
er zeigt alles in grün an ausser mod rewrite - aber ist trotzdem angestellt
nun kann ich den Installationsprozess durchführen
Datenbank Zugriff funktioniert auch und er schreibt auch alles hinein
am Ende gebe ich Front- und Backend Daten ein und gehe auf weiter
Dann ist Schluss und es kommt eine weiße Seite oder Fehler 500
jedes Mal wenn ich zum Backend wechseln will geht er wieder zum Installer
ich habe schon soviel ausprobiert nix geht…

ist in der .htaccess der “RewriteBase /shopware/” Pfad korrekt?

ja ist er - es geht ja auch alles bis zum letzten Schritt er springt sogar sogar zur finalize Seite - aber die ist weiß und dann kommt ein 500 er Error
habe die Dateien auf dem Server unter httpdocs/shopware
dann ist doch der Pfad in der htaccess trotzdem nur /shopware/ oder ?

dann ist doch der Pfad in der htaccess trotzdem nur /shopware/ oder ?
Wie lautet denn die URL.

Darauf kommt es an.

Bist Du bei All-Inkl.? Wenn nein \*hab nichts geschrieben\*
Wenn All-Inkl:
Zumindest den „mod\_rewrite“ kann man dann ignorieren 
In der htaccess per add\_handler auf CGI umstellen (sofern nicht schon im CGI läuft) =\> Hilfe bei AllInkl bemühen.
Ich hatte bei einem **Update** von 5.1 auf 5.2 im letzten Schritt - „done“ in der Url - auch einen 500. An der Stelle ist aber alles durchgelaufen.
1. per FTP komplett var/cache/ gelöscht
2. files/update gelöscht
danach ging es. Bei einer Neu-Inst wäre es dann das entsprechende Installverzeichnis.
