# Google Analytics Anbindung - no traffic

Im Verkaufskanal habe ich die Tracking-ID im Format “UA-nnn599xxx-1” korrekt angegeben.

Im Seitenquelltext wird mir die Einbindung auch angezeigt.

Und doch sehe ich in meinem Analytics Konto keine Zugriffe.

Was fehlt mir hier? Ist es eine Einstellung in Analytics, dass der Traffic angezeigt wird?

und der google-Tag-Manager zeigt die Info auch richtig an … sollte doch eigentlich passen…

Hallo cdue,  
hat sich für dich geklärt, was da schief lief? Ich habe dasselbe Problem und noch keine Ahnung, woran das liegt.

Bei uns hat es auch nicht funktioniert. Kürzlich hat uns Google aber per Telefon kontaktiert. In dem Zuge wurde ein Termin mit einem Techniker vereinbart der mich, ein absoluter Laie, durch die Einrichtung bei Shopware 6 geführt hat. Jetzt funktioniert es. Also wenn da Probleme bestehen gerne mal Kontakt zum Google Ads Team aufnehmen, die helfen da gerne weiter! 🙂
