Can anyone help me on this and also suddendly the site is loading slow and checkout not working sometimes .

Do i have to disable the csrf-protection . I have the hosting with your company.

It´s a protection but it does cause issues with several plugins. If you search for CSRF Protection here, you will get lots of results.
Disabling the protection is the fastest solution but does not solve the root cause of the issue.
