# \[GELÖST\] Benötige dringend Hilfe: Fatal error: Uncaught exce

Hi, ohne das ich was geändert habe, funktioniert unser Shop nicht mehr. Kann es am Plugin Snippet liegen? Hoffe auf schnelle Hilfe. Danke Merkwürdig obwohl ich im Shopware 4 Forum war bin ich in SHopware 3… gelandet. Wir nutzen Shopware 4.0.5

Die Datei frontend/error/index.tpl ist aber im Template Ordner vorhanden oder? schau mal in \_default/frontend/error/index.tpl und \_emotion/frontend/error/index.tpl und [DEINTEMPLATE]/frontend/error/index.tpl

Vielen Dank für den Tip! Nach nun fast einem Tag wo der Shop nicht mehr erreichbar war(weder Frtonend noch Backend) ist er wie aus Geisterhand wieder online. Ich habe nichts weiter geändert. Ob es am Provider lag? Bin seit anfang Januar bei [All-Inkl.com](http://All-Inkl.com).

also wenn wirklich nicht geändert wurde dann liegt es wohl am Provider. aber super dass es wieder läuft :thumbup: 😉 Bei weiteren Fragen können wir auch gern nochmal am Montag sprechen. Gruß Kai Söllch
