Hallo Freunde,

Eine Kunde hat eine Produkt gekauft Geld komlett bezalt, abar Geld auf Paypal konto nicht angekommen.Paypal sagt das Geld ist in Paypal Sandbox.  
Ich soll erst das geld zurück zahlen.  
Kann Jemand sagen wie kann mann kunden Geld durch Shopware zurückzahlen ?

Kunden -\> Zahlungen -\> PayPal&nbsp;

und dann den Kunden auswählen und den betrag rechts zurück erstatten
