# Frontend und Backend nicht erreichbar

Hallo Shopware Community, aktuell versuche ich Shopware für ein Projekt zu Installieren. Besser gesagt möchte ich es nutzen um ggf. damit einen Ticket Shop aufzubauen.

&nbsp;

Installation mit “One-File Installer” kein problem

Konfiguration kein Problem …

Danach kann ich auswählen ob ich ins Frontend oder BAckend möchte. Allerding wird mir im Frontend nichts angezeigt udn im Backend zumindestens ein Hintergrund.

&nbsp;

Weiss jemand was das sein könnte ?

&nbsp;

Seite läuft auf einem VPS mit Plesk und PHP 5.6.30

Als Update die .htaccess datein wie in anderen, solchen Problemen ist vorhanden

Als erstes sollte man Punkt für Punkt alle Voraussetzungen prüfen:&nbsp;[System Requirements](https://developers.shopware.com/sysadmins-guide/system-requirements/)

(Auch so Sachen wie Apache)
