# Frontend bleibt blank - Backend funktioniert

Hallo Liebe Community,

das Frontend ist komplett weiss. Woran koennte das liegen?

Hintergrund:

Shopware per One File Installer soeben installiert.

Das Backend ist zugaenglich und funktioniert.

Frontend ist jedoch komplett weiss. In der oberen browser Leiste ist der Zusatz “Shopware - 1 File Installer” noch zu sehen.

Was macht man in diesem Fall am besten?&nbsp;

Hmmm, entweder steht was im Shopware Log oder aber in der Browser-Console.

Fakt ist: Irgendwas hat nicht geklappt 🙂

In dem Falle, am besten alle Shopware files vom Server loeschen und nochmal 1 File Installer von Anfang an installieren?

Gibt es Fehlermeldungen im Error-Log der Website oder in den Shopware-Logs?

So jetzt funktioniert es. Habe nochmal neu installiert, zudem auch die&nbsp;PHP version bei Hostgator angepasst. 🙂
