Das ist interessant, ich hatte das Problem mit Mailarchiv auch nur in einer Shopwareinstallation (ist mir gar nicht so aufgefallen).  
Auch da habe ich Datenbankprobleme mit verschiedenen Plugins unter anderem DHL von Pickware V 2.0.1

Sorry für die Späte Rückmeldung.

Die Ursache für das Problem war ein Bug in einem anderen Plugin. Dies hatte einen fehler sobald dieser behoben war ging auch die Installation. Mitlerweile läuft es fehlerfrei.
