# For different Payment options how can i Customize the confirmation email????

Please have a look at the documentation of the mail templates:&nbsp;[Shopware 5 - Settings - E-Mails](https://docs.shopware.com/en/shopware-5-en/settings/e-mails#e-mail-templates)

Shopware uses smarty as template engine and it is also used to customize the mails. You can simply use the payment-method in an if-statement to customize the mail.
