Das ist in Shopware nicht möglich, da Shopware eine Onlineshop Software ist.

Vermutlich macht es dann Sinn, eine [Vorname.Nachname@shopname.de](mailto:Vorname.Nachname@shopname.de) anzulegen und diese gegebenenfalls ins Leere laufen zu lassen oder weiterzuleiten?

An eine eigene E-Mail-Adresse. Oder einfach den E-Mail-Versand deaktivieren.
