Hallo,

ich lasse mir Fehlermeldungen via Mail zusenden und bekomme die folgende recht häufig - kann diese aber nicht in einen zusammenhang bringen. Ich habe bereits schon nach der Meldung gesucht - konnte aber leider nichts finden. Im Shop selbst funktioniert soweit auch alles. Kann mir jemand helfen oder einen Tipp geben? Das wär super!

Hi,

Danke für Deine Antwort. Das hätte ich auch gleich mit reinschreiben können :-/

Alle Plugins sind aktuell sowie die SW Version ebenso. Hatte auch schon alle Plugins deaktiviert - Fehler kommt dennoch

Du bekommst die Mail recht häufig? Soweit ich das sehen kann kommt das durch ein Update (SwagUpdate). Von welcher Version auf welche neue Version wurde denn ein Update durchgeführt?

Plugins die nicht zur Version passen sollte man komplett deinstallieren.

Die Mails habe ich auch schon immer bekommen (Habe Shopware seit circa einem halben Jahr).

Habe nun viel gegoogelt - aber nicht gefunden wie ich sehen kann ob nun die plugins alle mit meiner installierten Shopware Version kompatibel sind. Hast Du da einen Tipp für mich?

Hey, habe den exakt gleichen Fehler nach dem Update auf 5.2.13. Die Kompatibilität hab ich manuell geprüft - einfach im Store nach den installierten Plugins geschaut und die Version gecheckt. Bei mir kam heraus, dass das Sofortüberweisungs-Plugin noch nicht zu 5.2.13 kompatibel ist. Hast du das auch installiert? Werde es diese Nacht mal probeweise deinstallieren und schauen ob der Fehler bleibt. Funktionseinschränkungen habe ich noch nicht registriert.

Hallo! Danke für Dein Feedback. Habe nun alle Plugins im Store verglichen. Sind alle kompatibel.

Was mir aufgefallen ist - den Fehler bekomme ich immer via Mail zugeschickt, wenn ich mich im Backend einlogge. Dann bekomme ich immer diese E-Mail.

Hallo,

in der Meldung wird angemerkt, dass ein falscher Eintrag in die Datenbank geschrieben werden soll.

Es wird versucht für ein Element ein Wert einzutragen, wobei das Element selbst garnicht vorhanden ist.

In diesem Fall lautet der Element-Name trackingUniqueId.

Über ein solches Insert-Query könntest du das Element manuell in der Datenbank wieder anelegen:

INSERT INTO `s_core_config_elements` (`id`, `form_id`, `name`, `value`, `label`, `description`, `type`, `required`, `position`, `scope`, `options`) VALUES (‘0’, ‘269’, ‘trackingUniqueId’, ‘s:0:"";’, ‘Unique identifier’, NULL, ‘text’, ‘0’, ‘0’, ‘0’, 0x613a313a7b733a363a2268696464656e223b623a313b7d);

Du solltest hier auf jeden Fall mal die s\_schema\_version tabelle checken, ob ggfs. bei einem Update ein Error aufgetreten ist und so nicht alle Elemente angelegt werden konnten.
