# Fehlermeldung: "Unable to send mail. in engine/Library/Zend/Mail/Transport/Sendmail.php on line 134"

Liebe Shopwarer,

ich bekomme immer eine Fehlermeldung, egal ob bei Newsletternameldung oder im Checkout oder beim Kontaktformular.&nbsp;

Habe mir die Fehlermeldung über die config.php anzeigen lassen. Es heißt immer:

Ups! Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten!

Sind die Einstellungen im Shopware-Mailer ok (s. [http://community.shopware.com/Mailer\_detail\_944.html](http://community.shopware.com/Mailer_detail_944.html) )?

Hast Du Zugriff auf das Mail-Log? Falls ja, gibt es dort Fehlermeldungen?

Lieber Timme Hosting,

ja das war der Fehler. Ich musste nur smtp- Server und User eingeben. Jetzt geht es.
