# Fehlermeldung im Pluginmanager

Hallo zusammen, wir können leider keine Plugins mehr installieren ![Undecided](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/shopware/original/1X/8ae622c50104e84c5003fedfcc22572813a67b41.png "Undecided").&nbsp;

Wir bekommen immer folgende Fehlermeldung, sobald wir den Pluginmanager öffnen:&nbsp;

&nbsp;

_“Unable to parse file “/var/www/clients/client3448/web6972/web/custom/plugins/EnnoPropertyAndCriteria/plugin.xml”. Message: [ERROR 1871] Element ‘description’: This element is not expected. Expected is one of ( label, version ). (in /var/www/clients/client3448/web6972/web/ - line 7, column 0”_

&nbsp;

Den Sicherheitsmodus haben wir auch schon ausprobiert. Das Problem besteht weiterhin.

Kennt jemand das Problem oder weiß zufällig jemand eine Lösung?

Das Problem liegt wie in der Fehlermeldung schon beschrieben am Plugin “EnnoPropertyAndCriteria”. Das müsstest du vom Server löschen, damit der Plugin-Manager wieder funktioniert.
