# Fehlermeldung: Cannot read properties of undefined

Wenn ich eine Bestellung anklicke, bekomme ich mehrere Fehlermeldungen im Mitteilungs-Bereich:

1. Es ist ein Fehler beim Laden der App-Actions aufgetreten.
2. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‚remaining‘)
3. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‚0‘)

Hat jemand eine Ahnung, wie man die los wird?

Hi,

ich hatte das häufig nach Inaktivität und konnte das beheben durch Abmelden und erneutes Anmelden.  
Mittlerweile (update auf 6.4.19) werde ich nach Inaktivität aus dem Backend geworfen auf die Seite

shopdomain/admin#/login

. Dort kommen dieses Fehlermeldungen und ich muss die URL auf shopdomain/admin ändern um mich wieder anzumelden.

Welche Version nutzt Du?

Hab die neueste Version: 6.4.19.0  
Inaktiv bin ich nicht und raus fliegen tue ich auch nicht.

Der Fehler ist auch bei 6.4.20.0 drin.  
Man fliegt immer wieder aus dem Backend raus nach einiger Zeit.  
Und mehrere Tabs darf man auch nicht aufhaben. ☹
