# Fehlermeldung "0 - communication failure"

Wenn wir die Standarddaten bei 13.000 Varianten übernehmen erhalten wir die **Fehlermeldung "0 - communication failure"**

Unser Hostingpaket sollte mit der Anzahl der Varianten eigentlich kein Problem  
haben, oder ?

**Managed Server Business von Profihost:**

4 CPU Kerne Intel Xeon  
8 GB RAM - Limitierung&nbsp;auf 2GB

Haben wir möglicherweise zu wenig verfügbaren Arbeitspeicher?

Wenn das PHP-Memory-Limit nicht ausreicht, sollte es eine entsprechende Fehlermeldung im Error-Log der Website oder in den Shopware-Logs geben. Bitte schau’ dort mal nach.
