# Fehler: We were not able to send the order confirmation by mail, please contact the shop owner

Moin,

nur im engl. Shop kommt folgende Fehlermeldung nach dem Bestellabschluss: We were not able to send the order confirmation by mail, please contact the shop owner  
Demnach erhält der Kunde keine Bestätigungs EMail.

Im LOG File ist dieser Fehler nicht aufgeführt!

Wenn ich bei einer Testbestellung dann zB. Lieferung erfolgt via EMail verschicke geht diese EMail raus.

In der Suche habe ich leider keine Lösung für dieses Problem gefunden, wer kann mir helfen?

Version 5.6.4  
Problem hat sich erledigt!  
Die Bestellemailvorlage musste neu erstellt werden, dann geht es wieder.
