# Fehler Update des Plugin Artikelmehrfachänderung auf 1.0.3

Im Pluginmanager wurde mir das Update Artikelmehrfachänderung auf 1.0.3 angeboten, nach dem Herunterladen kann ich mich ins Backend nicht mehr einloggen. Meine Shopware Version ist 4.2. Gibts da Erfahrungen?

Hallo, ich habe mir gerade mal den Aufruf deines Backends angesehen, hier wird im Firefox folgende Fehlermeldung ausgegeben:Die nachfolgenden Hinweise sollten Ihnen weiterhelfen.

Schau dir am besten einmal die Tabelle an und suche mal nach "swagmultiedit" o.ä. hier muss es zwei Einträge geben. Hier sollte es ausreichen den Eintrag mit der höheren ID zu löschen (also den neueren Eintrag). Danach sollte das Backend wieder aufrufbar sein. Ein genereller Fehler der beim Update entsteht ist uns in diesem Zusammenhang nicht bekannt. Bei Änderungen an der Datenbank immer vorher ein Backup anlegen! Grüße Moritz

Jetzt ist nur das Problem das das Modul Mehrfachänderung im backend nicht mehr startet, es ladet,ladet ladet…

Hallo, Bitte schicken Sie mir einmal die Zugangsdaten per persönlicher Nachricht oder eMail ([forum@shopware.com](mailto:forum@shopware.com)). Dann schaue ich mir das mal an. Wichtig wären hier aktuelle Backend-Zugangsdaten (Administrator) und PHPMyAdmin-Zugangsdaten. Grüße Moritz Naczenski

Bei mir startet das PlugIn Mehrfachänderung auch nicht mehr. Weiß vielleicht irgendjemand, woran das liegen könnte? Viele Grüße Michael
