# Fehler object Promise: kein Testversand von E-Mail Vorlagen

Seit Monaten gehen bei mir die Mails für Newsletter-Anmeldung und Passwort-Reset nicht, Bestellbestätigung etc. geht.  
Habe die Mail-Templates schon mal gelöscht und alles neu gemacht im Flowbuilder ohne Erfolg.

Bei dem Versuch eine Testmail aus der Vorlage heraus zu senden kommt [object Promise];  
bei Bestellbestätigung usw. geht das problemlos.

Jemand eine Idee woran das liegt?

Mit diesen Infos kann man wohl nur eine Diagnose stellen: Du hast etwas vermurkst oder ein Plugin ist schuld.

Mal einen Blick in die Error-Logs geworfen?

danke für deine Antwort und Tipp!

Wenn ich im Mail-Template bin und auf Vorschau gehe, kommt der genannte Fehler.  
Versende ich eine Testmail, kommt dass erfolgreich versendet.  
Leider kenne ich mich nicht so toll aus, kann das nicht genau erkennen was falsch sein könnte.  
Letzter Eintrag nach dem Testversand habe ich gefunden unter httpdocs/var/log/prod-2021-12-07:
