# Fehler Bestellabschluss

Bei wenigen Kunden bekommen wir beim Bestellabschluss bzw. vor dem Bestellabschluss folgende Fehlermeldung:

Bei den meisten Kunden funktioniert es ohne Probleme.  
Shopware Version: 6.5.8.2

Woran könnte das liegen? Bitte dringend um Hilfe.
