# Fehler beim öffnen von Cache im Backend

Hallo, habe Shopware 4.2.1 und wenn ich im Backend unter Einstellungen auf Cache/Performance klicke kommt folgende Meldung: `Ups! Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten! Die nachfolgenden Hinweise sollten Ihnen weiterhelfen.
