# Fehler beim Installieren des Import export-Plugins

Hallo!
Ich versuche schon lange, das grundlegende Shopware-Import/Export-Plugin zu installieren.
Immer noch ohne Erfolg bekomme ich immer eine Fehlermeldung
```

Kann mir jemand einen Hinweis geben, warum die Installation nicht funktioniert und was ich dagegen tun soll?
Oder gibt es alternative Import / Export-Routinen oder Plugins?

Shopware muss sich ja auf bestimmte Dinge verlassen bzw. verlassen können. Manchmal treten die Probleme dann erst Monate oder Jahre später auf und das ist ja dann erst recht total ärgerlich 😉

Fixt es! Ich habe der SQL-Datenbank eine Spalte "description" hinzugefügt. Löschte das Plugin und Cronjobs in den Einstellungen und führte eine Neuinstallation des Import / Export-Plugins durch. Es funktioniert jetzt gut
```
