Wenn ich das Update starte, kommt von Symphony die Fehlermeldung: You’re seeing this page because you haven’t configured any homepage URL and [debug mode](https://symfony.com/doc/6.4/debug-mode) is enabled. Es wurde aber nichts an der Seite verändert und bis 6.6.7.1 haben die Updates auch problemlos funktioniert. Gibst du vielleicht eine URL ein, die keinem Verkaufskanal zugeordnet ist, bspw. www. aber die Domain ist nur ohne www. eingetragen? ---

Nein, wie gesagt, es hat sich nichts geändert. Außer das webgo ein neues Kundenportal eingeführt hat und da scheinbar noch nicht alles wieder 100% läuft. Die Domain leitet im Portal auf die www Domain weiter. Zusätzlich habe ich das jetzt auch noch per htaccess eingerichtet. Der Fehler bleibt aber. Im Verkaufskanal stehen auch die www Domains mit und ohne https drin. Den Debug Modus habe ich auch noch explizit in der ENV deaktiviert. ---

Nochmal hochschieben. Hat niemand eine Idee? Bis auf das Update Problem läuft alles komplett ohne jegliche Fehlermeldungen. Auch bei den Plugins gibt es keine Probleme. Die einzige Fehlermeldung die ich im log finde ist folgende: app.CRITICAL: Could not clear cache: Cannot find the „redis“ extension nor the „predis/predis“ package. Ich glaube aber nicht dass die wirklich damit etwas zu tun hat. ---

Dein Fehler ist so indoividuell, habe ich bei hunderten/tausenden Updates noch nie gesehen. Da wird dir vermutlich nur jemand helfen können, wenn er direkt auf deine Serverumgebung zugriff hat. ---

Webgo hat sein Kundenportal auf eine vollkommen neue Version upgedatet. Seit dem Update ist mir der Fehler aufgefallen, vorher hatte ich nie Probleme. Ich versuche es jetzt nochmal mit einem Log im Debug Modus. Vielleicht sieht ja jemand etwas. Das sind INFO und DEBUG Meldungen, aber keine Fehlermeldungen. Vielleicht liegt es ja an der PHP-Version, die ggf. aktualisiert wurde und „deprecated php“ nicht mehr unterstützt. Hat nichts mit den Meldungen aus deinem Log zu tun. ---

Ich konnte es jetzt etwas eingrenzen. Ich habe nur die Subdomain von www auf test geändert und ansonsten in Shopware NICHTS verändert. Und schon hat das Update funktioniert. Es ist also irgendwas mit der URL. Die Frage ist nur wo und warum. Im Backend ist alles auf www eingestellt. ---

Wenn du nicht in den Ordnern gespielt hast (was sowieso für die Updatesicherheit blöd wäre) dann den vendor Ordner löschen und composer install ausführen. Das müsste die neusten Dateien für Shopware ziehen. Es muss nicht unbedingt an dem neuen Kundenportal liegen, vielleicht nur eine blöde Koinzidenz. ---

Das Update hat ja jetzt funktioniert, nur eben auf einer anderen Subdomain. Irgendwo muss sich etwas verstellt haben dass die www Subdomain beim Update nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten läuft der Shop problemlos auf der www. ---

Die .env Dateien haben sich nicht geändert, alles wie vorher. Da steht natürlich die www URL drin. ---

Der „Trick“ mit der Subdomain hat wohl nur zufällig funktioniert. Ich habe noch ein error.log vom Server gefunden. Vielleicht kann mir da jemand sagen woher der Fehler kommt. Sieht für mich so aus als ob die PHP Konfiguration bei der Umstellung bei Webgo doch nicht so ganz fehlerfrei war. Hallo Frank10, bei mir ist genau die gleiche Problematik. Ich wollte mal fragen, ob es vielleicht eine Lösung gab? Seit webgo die Umstellung gemacht hat, habe ich einige Probleme, welche vorher nie da waren. Der webgo-Support scheint überlastet zu sein und es gibt bisher keine Rückmeldungen. Bei mir ist es wie bei deinem ersten Post - diese Symfony-Anzeige erscheint bei mir auch. Danke vorab, Michael ---

Wenn Webgo wirklich solche Probleme hat, die nicht auf Shopware zurückzuführen sind, dann wechselt den Hoster. Ihr könnt kein produktives System für euer Business laufen lassen, wenn der Support bei solche Fragen schon überfordert ist. Meine Empfehlung: @TimmeHosting - dort sind wir uns haben keine Probleme, läuft alles gut, professionell und trotzdem nah am Kunden. Andernfalls klingt das auch irgendwie danach, dass eure Serverkonfiguration falsch sein könnte. Könntet ihr die NGINX/Apache Config mal hier reinschicken? ---

@WPBerlin Dann können wir ziemlich sicher sein das es an einer Fehlkonfiguration bei Webgo liegt. Ich habe testweise mal ein älteres 6.6.x.x Backup zurückgespielt, von dem ich 100% weiß dass es in Ordnung ist, da ich diese Version schon einmal upgedated habe und da kommt genau der gleiche Fehler. @divide An meiner Konfiguration hat sich absolut nichts geändert, wozu auch? Bis zur Umstellung des Kundenportals von Webgo hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Ich behaupte der Fehler liegt ausschließlich bei Webgo. Ich sehe da erstmal nichts verkehrtes. Muss aber auch gestehen, dass ich hauptsächlich mit NGINX arbeite. Webgo könnte in dem Zug der Modernisierung ihres Controlpanels auch andere Sachen geändert haben. Die meisten Hoster haben eine Standard Webserverconfig, die automatisch gezogen wird, wenn man nichts anderes darin einträgt. Wie gesagt, holt euch vielleicht ein billig Paket bei einem anderen Hoster und probiert es dort mal aus, bevor wir uns stundenlang auf die Suche machen. Die u.s. Liste beinhaltet alle Hoster, die sich auch zumindest ein wenig besser mit Shopware auskennen. Ich habe testweise eine komplett neue Installation mit 6.6.8.0 gemacht. Die Installation lief auch problemlos durch mit anschließender Konfiguration. Beim Versuch diese Version upzudaten kommt genau derselbe Fehler wie beim Produktiv Shop. ---

Hallo @Frank10, darf ich fragen, ob inzwischen eine Lösung gefunden wurde? Ich drehe noch durch - zig Stunden Arbeit verschlingt das Problem und ich bekomme es selbst nicht gelöst. Webgo ist inzwischen eine Katastrophe. Keine (!) Rückmeldungen, kein Support. Es wurde nun gekündigt, habe aber noch ein Jahr Laufzeit. Ich bin für jede Hilfe dankbar! ---
