Habe nun gleiches Problem. Bei einer anderen Installation gab es kein Problem.

**Problem (und Lösung) gefunden:**
Bei mir lag es an der PHP-Version. Hatte 5.3.6 installiert. Nach Update auf 5.6.24 (Minimum 5.6.23 notwendig) funktionierte die Installation nun.
Wichtig: Bevor man einen zweiten Versuch startet, erst die Datenbank löschen und aus dem Backup neu einspielen, sonst schlägt das Update wieder fehl.

Auch hier tritt genau das selbe Problem auf, an der PHP Version liegt es aber nicht, die ist derzeit auf 5.6.12.
Laut Shopware ist 5.6.4 notwendig. Somit ist das kriterium eigentlich erfüllt.
Jemanden einen Tipp?
