# Fehler bei Update 5.5.2: Frontend & Backend nicht mehr erreichbar

Hallo zusammen,

beim Update auf die neue Version 5.5.2 ist folgender Fehler aufgetreten:

Nun ist weder Front- noch Backend erreichbar. Der Shop ist aktuell fast „leer“ und mit nur wenigen Dummy-Artikeln versehen. Hallo,

die Fehlermeldung ist doch aber schon recht aussagekräftig: dein memory\_limit (Arbeitsspeicher) reicht nicht aus, um die Prozesse des Shops auszuführen. Also entweder Quick & Dirty in der htaccess - Datei das memory\_limit manuell erhöhen oder einen entsprechenden Tarif nutzen, der ein höheres memory\_limit hat.
