# Fehler bei Plugin-Installation

Ich kann aktuell mit der neuesten Shopware Version im Backend weder das Sofort-Überweisung noch das Paypal-Plugin installieren. Hier heißt es immer „Unbekannter Fehler“. Installiere ich ein Plugin, z.B. das Sofort-Überweisungs-Plugin, über den Shopware Plugin-Store, erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung: Ups! Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten! Die nachfolgenden Hinweise sollten Ihnen weiterhelfen. SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column ‚userID‘ cannot be null in Vendor/Zend/library/Zend/Db/Statement/Pdo.php on line 250 Was kann das sein? Danke! viele Grüße, Chris

Ja, das hat soweit alles geklappt. Aber sobald ich auf „Plugin installieren“ gehe, erscheint nach einiger Zeit „Unbekannter Fehler“ oben rechts im Backend. Über den Store kommt der andere genannte Fehler.

das sofort Plugin habe ich direkt bei sofort runtergeladen, da hatte ich keine Fehler. Versuch das mal und installier es manuell.

Sorry, habe es jetzt hinbekommen. Das Problem war, das aus irgendeinem mir nicht ersichtlichen Grund der PLugin Ordner nicht komplett auf meinen Server kopiert wurde. Jetzt geht es. Danke!
