# Fehler bei Paypal-Zahlung: "communication failure"

Hallo,

in unserem Shop (5.6.10) treten häufig Fehler beim Checkout auf, wenn als Zahlungsart PaypalPlus oder PaypalExpress (Plugin-Version 3.1.1) genutzt wird. Die dazugehörigen Bestellungen weisen danach den Status „Klärung notwendig“ auf. Die Logfiles zu dem Fehler beinhalten die folgenden Meldungen:

Fehlermeldung: „PayPal: Could not process express-checkout due to a communication failure“.

Context: „{

Liegt der Fehler hier bei den Kunden oder gibt es Möglichkeiten, das Problem zu beheben?
