# Fatal Error: Uncaught RuntimeException - Nach Update

Hallo zusammen,

ich wollte heute meinen Shop auf 6.5 updaten. Kurz nach dem Start des Updates kam folgende Fehlermeldung:

Nun ist weder mein Shop noch mein Backend erreichbar. Ich habe bereits ein Backup eingespiel so dass alles wieder beim alten ist, leider kann ich aber kein Update auf 6.5 durchführen. Es kommt immer wieder die selber Fehlermeldung…

Hat jemand eine Lösung für die Fehlermeldung?

check mal deine Schreib und Leserechte. Sagt er ja, er kann nicht in den cache Ordner schreiben.

Ich hab leider genau das gleiche Problem. Den angegebenen Ordner finde ich gar nicht. Schreibrechte sind ordner auf 755 und Dateien auf 644. Bisher gab es auch noch nie Probleme. Der Eigentümer ist auch überall gleich. Einen Testshop auf einem anderen Account (aber gleichem Hostingpaket) konnte ich ohne Probleme updaten. PHP 8.1 ist auch drauf.

Habe alle Schreib und Leserechte überprüft… Leider kann ich immer noch nicht updaten. Es erscheint weiterhin der gleiche Fehler…

Also bei mir ging es heute über den Online-Updater. Gestern kam ja eine Rundmail, dass an dem Update einiges geändert bzw. verbessert wurde.  
Gleiche config wie die Tage vorher, jetzt ging es ohne Probleme.
