# Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'SmartyException' with message 'Unable to load template snippet 'fro

Hallo, ich habe eine Frage, kennt jemand den Fehler und kann mir helfen?&nbsp;  
Wenn ich meine Seite aufrufe bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung.

im Ordner “'frontend/error/index.tpl” sind keine Dateien enthalten.&nbsp;

Die Fehlermeldung sagt ja im Prinzip auch genau DAS aus.&nbsp; „frontend/error/index.tpl“ ist kein Order sondern eine Datei, die nicht existiert.  
Was hast Du davor mit Shopware gemacht? Hast Du mal ins Errorlog geschaut? Möglicherweise gibt es einen EIntrag unmittelbar davor.

ja habe geschaut da steht auch nix weiter dirn, habe es jetzt gefunden, der Kunde hat ein Theme verwendet was im testmodus war (also nur paar Tage gratis verwendbar) somit wurden danach alle files removed.&nbsp;
