# Fatal error bei "Vorschau" Pdf-Belegerstellung

Hy ich bekomme diesen Fehler wenn ich die Vorschau der Rechnung unter PDF-Belegerstellung anklicke. Hat jemand einen Rat für mich. Version 4.3.6 Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 39321600) (tried to allocate 261900 bytes) in /home/\*\*\*/engine/Library/Mpdf/mpdf.php on line 14477 503 Service Unavailable Vielen Dank im vorraus.

Was sagt denn die Systemprüfung über den Speicher? Der PHP-Prozess beschwert sich auf jeden Fall über zu wenig. Gruß Mario

Danke für die schnelle Antwort. Was meinst du mit „Systemprüfung“?? 😉 In System-Information \> Server-Konfiguration sind überall Häckchen falls du das meinst…

Die meinte ich. Der Prozess versucht mindestens 39 MB Ram zu belegen, kann dies aber nicht. Wieviel steht denn bei „memory\_limit“? Setze in der php.ini deines Servers mal das memory\_limit höher bzw. lass das deinen Hoster machen. Gruß Mario

In der PHP.INI sind 128MB hinterlegt. Steht auch so bei Server-Information…

[Hier](http://wiki.shopware.com/Systemanforderungen%5C_detail%5C_1840.html) kannst du dir auch einmal die Systemanforderungen ansehen.

So hab das memory limit auf 256 gesetzt. Leider ohne Erfolg.;( Erhalte jetzt diese Fehlermeldung: Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 38797312) (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in /home/\*\*\*/engine/Library/Mpdf/classes/ttfontsuni.php on line 1175 503 Service Unavailable Das seltsame ist das die Vorschau bei Lieferschein … funktioniert.
